Record Expungement Request
The Record Expungement Request form provides citizens, who are looking to clean their criminal record, with access to prompt legal services. Citizens who express and demonstrate their desire to return to a law-abiding lifestyle now have the ability to do so. By filling out the form accurately and completely, citizens can not only start their own journey away from crime, but also see what it takes to achieve it.
RICO Pursuit
The Rico Pursuit form provides citizens with the ability to pursue charges against suspected members of organized crime. This process allows evidence to be presented before a judge to identify criminal organizations who have targeted businesses, or city services within Los Santos. If a substantial evidence-based case is made, a judge can issue warrants and or authorize Police raids on properties or persons involved.
Police Complaint Form
The Police Complaint form provides citizens with the ability to investigate suspected unlawful acts committed by members of the Police and Sheriff departments. This form can also be used to initiate an internal affairs review if requested by a fellow officer of the law. If a substantial evidence-based case is made, a judge can issue warrants and or authorize removal of public officials.
Community Service Form
The Community Service form enables citizens to volunteer at Pillbox and help our city provide needed services. Citizens can chose to volunteer for service to help expunge a criminal record, or PD can assign someone community service to avoid jail time (At the discretion of the law).
