1. Plaintiffs must respond within 48hrs to all communication requests from the DOJ

2. Plaintiffs must pay $100K to switch their representation, and this is only upon availability

3. All court rulings are final

4. FIB intervention, such as raids and financial penalties resulting from RICO cases will only be halted for defendants who have requested legal representation for record expungements.

5. All evidence must be submitted 24hrs prior to the scheduled court date to be admitted

6. All witnesses must be identified 24hrs prior to the scheduled court date to be accepted to testify

7. The judge has the right to refuse deny any case on the lack of merits/evidence.
